DSHS CFO is requesting a Project Manager (PM) to work with program and IT to implement Budget Planning Tool project activities. This includes but not limited to facilitate meetings, manage the project milestones and deliverables and change request, manage risks and issues, track project budget, manage project scope, complete various reporting, etc. to ensure the project is completed on time and under budget.
***Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required and should be noted on the resume. Proof of certification may be requested.***
Position will be 2 days remote with 3 days (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) required to be onsite at the location listed above. Program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position. Subject to change per manager.

	10	Required	Experience overseeing the development of SDLC artifacts, ensure business requirements get translated into technical specifications, guide, and facilitate the SDLC process
	10	Required	Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple project sponsors and stakeholder. Must possess strong communication and presentation skills.
	10	Required	Ability to appropriately summarize and escalate issues and develop and present weekly status updates and conduct regular project team meetings
	10	Required	Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
	10	Required	Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
	10	Required	Agile methodology, overseeing and tracking development progress, and ensuring project assignments align with project timelines
	10	Required	Agile Experience - Managing the project with feature driven sprints
	5	Preferred	Experience implementing and using agile methodologies and best practices for 1 or more State of Texas Agencies
	2	Preferred	PMP Certification
