- Implementing an enterprise search solution to improve information retrieval across DPS systems.
- Deploying the AI inventory and monitoring system (Darwin).
- Developing and operationalizing various AI agents to improve internal efficiency and public‑facing services.
- Establishing and enforcing AI governance to ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and statewide technology policies.
